I’m doing a persuasive speech and this would really help me out.
If you think animals should be adopted from shelters, reblog.
If you think animals should be bought from pet stores, like.
Of course you have to go if Bowie is playing!
What a night eh!
To the Frozen fandom -
Tonight, and perhaps on the nights of other award shows this season, you heard director Chris Buck thank his son and guardian angel, Ryder. I just want to acknowledge the struggles Chris Buck was going through during the production process for Frozen, as well as the publicity leading up to its premiere. I go to school with one of his other sons, Woody, and I know how incredibly hard this has been on them.
This past October, at 23, Ryder had just finished a year of chemotherapy to battle testicular cancer. He was headed back to school and was an aspiring musician with a band, Ryder Buck & The Breakers. When his car broke down on the side of the highway one morning, he decided to walk cross it in order to try to get help. He didn’t make it. He was struck by 2 cars and died a few hours later.
Imagine how much more Frozen means to that family. That’s my Oscars “In Memoriam” for the night. For a young artist never got the chance to make it to Hollywood.
Benny looks so subtly twitching and nervous while presenting.
Welcome to the big leagues, bud.
Benedict Cumberbatch’s first ever Oscars - fucks up the dress code and wears a normal tie instead of a bow tie
